Biotinyl-DEVD-CHO – synthetic inhibitor for Caspase-3/7/8The inhibitory activity of this biotinylated apopain inhibitor (Biotinyl-DEVD-CHO) is comparable to that of his N-acetylated analog Ac-DEVD-CHO (IC50 = 0.2 nM). Our inhibitor Biotinyl-Asp-Glu-Val-Asp-H (aldehyde) can be used for affinity purification of caspase-3 (apopain) on streptavidin-agarose columns.
