Substrate for Collagenase-like Peptidase The succinyl-pentapeptide Suc-Gly-Pro-Leu-Gly-Pro-AMC manufactured at Peptide Institute Inc. is commonly used as fluorogenic enzyme substrate for the determination of Collagenase-like Peptidase, prolyl endopeptidase and metalloendopeptidase.

Synthetic Product

A trace of impurity might be detectable by TLC when 100 µg is applied to the plate. The amount of contamination detectable by HPLC is less than 2 %.
