A single spot is detectable by TLC when 100 µg is applied to the plate. The amount of contamination detectable by HPLC is less than 1 %.Substrate for Trypsin as well as for the esterase activities of plasmin, pancreatic and urinary kallikreins, thrombin for an acid carboxypeptidase from Aspergillus niger.
