Substrate for Activated Protein C Boc-Leu-Ser-Thr-Arg-AMC is used as potent fluorogenic substrate for proteasome and Activated Protein C. Boc-Leu-Ser-Thr-Arg-AMC is also described as substrate for trypsin acitvity.

Synthetic Product

A trace of impurity might be detectable by TLC when 100 µg is applied to the plate. The amount of contamination detectable by HPLC is less than 2 %.
