Sarafotoxin S6c is a selective ETB Receptor Agonist The biological activity of Sarafotoxin S6c is examined by the Division of Pharmacology, Peptide Institute, Inc.The synthetic peptide toxin Sarafotoxin S6c was originally isolated from the venom of the Snake, Atractaspis engaddensis. Our highly pure peptide is a selective Agonist for the ETB receptor and show strong vasoconstrictor activity.
