Inhibitor for Proteasome The protected tetrapeptide Z-Ile-Glu(OtBu)-Ala-Leu-aldehyde inhibts selectively chymotrypsin-like activities in MPC proteasome. Additionally, Z-Ile-Glu(OBut)-Ala-Leu-H (aldehyd) acts as anti-neoplytic agent and induces apoptosis in different leucaemia cell lines. Furthermore PSI is an inhibitor for the deubiquitinating Enzyme.
