Substrate for Cathepsin K / S / V The Benzyloxycarbonyl-protected Dipeptide Z-Leu-Arg-AMC was carfully manufactured at Peptide Institute and is a widly used fluorogenic substrate for Cathepsine K, S and V. (Z-Leu-Arg-MCA is used in Japan as synonym for Z-Leu-Arg-AMC)

Synthetic Product (Hydrochloride Form)

A trace of impurity might be detectable by TLC when 100 µg is applied to the plate. The amount of contamination detectable by HPLC is less than 2 %.
