Ac-VDVAD-AMC | Substrate for Caspase-2 The N-terminal acetylated synthetic pentapeptide Ac-Val-Asp-Val-Ala-Asp-AMC (Ac-VDVAD-AMC) is a very useful fluorogenic caspase-2 substrate for apoptosis research. (Ex: 380 nm, EM: 460 nm).

Synthetic Product

A trace of impurity might be detectable by TLC when 100 µg is applied to the plate. The amount of contamination detectable by HPLC is less than 2 %.
