Substrate for Factor XIa The fluorogenic tripeptide substrate Boc-Glu(OBzl)-Ala-Arg-AMC is a very useful tool for the determination of enzyme activity of trypsin and coagulation factor XIa. The released fluorogenic AMC can be easily quantied with a conventional spectrofluorometer.

Synthetic Product

A single spot is detectable by TLC when 100 µg is applied to the plate. The amount of contamination detectable by HPLC is less than 1%.
