Dendrotoxin I is a potent voltage Depent K+ Channel Blocker. This synthetic peptide toxin is originally isolated from the african black mamba snake venom. Dendrotoxin I shows a significant structure-activity relationship to Calcicludine but acting on different targets. Dendrotoxin I belongs together with MCD Peptide to the group of fast activating and slow inactivation K+ ion channel blockers.

Synthetic Product (disulfide bonds between Cys7-Cys57, Cys16-Cys40 and Cys32-Cys53)

The purity is guaranteed to be higher than 99% by HPLC
