Substrat pour la Carboxypeptidase A Le 4-Méthoxyphénylazoformyl-Phe (AAFP) est utilisé comme substrat pour la détermination de la Carboxypeptidase A. Ce test cinétique simple d'utilisation, basé sur la spectrophotométrie, est établi depuis 1996.
