HNP-4 (Human) | Alpha-Defensin-4 (Human) is described as an inhibitor of the ACTH action in rat adrenal cell suspension and shows distinct antimicrobial activity and antiviral activity against X4 and R5 HIV strains. Inhibition of Bacillus anthracis lethal factor is reported.
