Voltage-Dependent K+ Channel (A Channel) BlockerStichodactyla Toxin (ShK) is a 35-residue polypeptide originally isolated from the sea anemone Stichodactyla helianthus venom. It is a selective ion channel blocker for different types of voltage-gated potassium channels. Stichodactyla Toxin (ShK) manufactured at Peptide Institute Inc. is from chemical origin and not made by recombinant methods, therefore crosscontamination with E. Coli protein residues must not to be apprehanded.
